Regrettably, we are unable to provide a specific dispatch date for your garment due to a variety of factors. Orders are processed chronologically referred to as the Queue. You will receive periodic updates regarding the status of your order in the queue and can read more about it here.

We offer Ready to Ship and Made to Measure. Our ready to ship designs will have key measurements on the listing. For all of our made to measure pieces, when you place an order you can add your measurements to the order notes or after your order we send a list of measurements for you to take. If you’re unsure how to take your measurements we can set up a call, or provide you with an instruction video.

We have a fit promise for our made to measure orders! It is tricky to know if something is going to suit you if you’ve never tried it on before, but we have faith in the power of fit, and that if it’s made to the right size it will suit you. Every human being is different and the clothes will accommodate that. Occasionally this isn’t achieved on the first try. If your garment does not fit you properly then you can have up to two rounds of revisions included in the price. We want your garments to be great, and want you to be able to enjoy them for a number of years to come.

It depends what type of latex allergy you have, some people with latex allergies can wear latex if it’s chlorinated. Chlorination is a process that changes the surface of the latex on a microscopic level, which means it no longer causes skin irritation. If you have a latex allergy we can send you a small swatch of chlorinated latex for you to test.

We understand that offering made to measure garments means the cost to you will be higher, but we believe that a great fit is a valuable investment. We are able to arrange payment plans for any of our garments, we have also added a deposit feature to our website and as you move up the queue, we will check in, update you and send a payment link allows you to make payments as and when suits you, little or often whichever works for you prior to reaching the top of the queue. Stronger than you think! Mesh latex is made from pouring liquid latex as one complete structure, which is much stronger than cutting out pieces. Mesh latex is as delicate as any other latex when it comes to sharp objects, but it can also be repaired just as easily. We have also created a digital repairs course where you can learn from Rose how to repair your own latex garments from home.

We have a section of Ready To Ship accessories and garments that we add to frequently. These are usually one-off items in a particular size. Please check that the measurements will work for you and do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

Appointments can be made to visit the studio to be measured etc; however we cannot guarantee that we will have garments to try on in your size as we are primarily made to measure/made to order. RND is based in Greenwich London, UK.

RND has a no refund policy for garments that are made to measure. If you order a Ready To Ship item and it isn’t right for you please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item. Returning the garment to the studio in the UK is the customer’s responsibility.

We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders. Yay! Once your order has shipped we will send you the tracking information. Customers are responsible for any customs and import fee. Rose Noir Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
