Even if you aren’t American, you can still join in the fun. I try to practice gratitude daily and it’s definitely helped a lot this year. Give it a go!

Today I’m grateful for my amazing friendships, for the painter finishing a section of my studio, and that I’ve got tomorrow off to eat pumpkin pie 🥧

I often ask humans who I know are beautiful souls to model. Usually they say they aren’t comfortable with the idea because they don’t think of themselves as ‘model sized’. I don’t believe any of us should need to look a certain way in order to be seen. Not a certain shape, size, ethnicity, or gender.

I’d love to show a greater diversity of models. I love the incredible images I’ve created thus far but they don’t show all of what my brand is about. If you, or anyone you know, would be up for being photographed in my garments and don’t see themselves currently represented in my work, please be in touch. Shoots won’t happen immediately, given the current situation, but I’d like to start making some progress on it. Thanks for your help in showing the world how many different types of beauty exist. 😘
Soft and delicate can still be strong. Strength do Soft and delicate can still be strong. Strength does not equal rigidity. Just because you possess one quality or align yourself with one identity does not mean you aren’t capable of more.
I got into a very interesting discussion with a fr I got into a very interesting discussion with a friend today about how witches, in history, were the embodiment of female power and they were repressed/eliminated by the church (aka the patriarchy) because they weren’t understood. I was so moved over the weekend seeing Kamala’s acceptance speech; to see an eloquent, strong, and unapologetic woman in a position of power. I hadn’t realised how much I’d wanted to see that example. I feel like there’s so much of our own power, no matter your gender identity, that we’re often not owning. Thoughts?
