FAQ

How long will it take from when I order until I receive my garment?

Most orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of ordering. This estimate is to be used as a guide and not a guarantee. If you are planning on attending a specific event please mention this when ordering so we can confirm it’ll arrive in time.

What happens if my garment doesn’t fit?

We have a fit promise! It is tricky to know if something is going to suit you if you’ve never tried it on before, but we have faith in the power of fit, and that if it’s made to the right size it will suit you. Every human being is different and the clothes will accommodate that. Occasionally this isn’t achieved on the first try. If your garment does not fit you properly then you can have up to two rounds of revisions included in the price. We want your garments to be great, and want you to be able to enjoy them for a number of years to come.

What if I’ve got a latex allergy?

It depends what type of latex allergy you have, some people with latex allergies can wear latex if it’s chlorinated. Chlorination is a process that changes the surface of the latex on a microscopic level, which means it no longer causes skin irritation. If you have a latex allergy we can send you a small swatch of chlorinated latex for you to test.

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that offering made to measure garments means the cost to you will be higher, but we believe that a great fit is a valuable investment. We are able to arrange payment plans for any of our garments, please get in touch for more information.

Are there rush or express options available ?

Occasionally we are able to accommodate rush orders which applies to any garments required in less than 3-4 weeks time. When orders are placed, they go in a queue and are worked on in that order. A rush fee of 20% jumps your order forward in the queue to be completed in time but this fee is not used towards express shipping. Depending on the timeline and our making schedule express postage may also be necessary. We are not always in a position to rush orders so please contact us before ordering to discuss your needs.

How strong is mesh latex?

Stronger than you think! Mesh latex is made from pouring liquid latex as one complete structure, which is much stronger than cutting out pieces. Mesh latex is a delicate as any other latex when it comes to sharp objects, but it can also be repaired just as easily.

Do you have any garments ready to ship?

We have a section of sample garments that have been used in photo shoots and fashion shows. These garments are usually reduced and may have small signs of wear and tear outlined in the description. These are usually one-off items in a particular size. Please check that the measurements will work for you and do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

How does sizing work?

All of our pieces are made to measure, when you place an order you will be sent a list of measurements to take. If you’re unsure how to take your measurements we can set up a call, or provide you with an instruction video.

Where is RND based? Can I come and see you’re the garments in person?
